Just finished this today from the Reminisce line Freedom.
Answering a few questions....the stars were hand cut out of the paper and layered. I found the paper a Craft warehouse...wanted to enter the contest that Reminisce was having just didn't know where to find the paper but stumbled upon it at CWH sitting on there counter....they hadn't even put it out yet!
